Company reputation management in the social media
As part of the work with the client – a large shipyard – Digital Department of the CA “Glavniy Sovetnik” was engaged in the prevention and reflection of information attacks by reacting to negative and false messages on social networks.
The department carried out daily 24/7 monitoring. In a prompt response mode, negative and false references to the customer in social networks were worked out.
During the work on the project, Digital department reflected 9 major attacks. The local population began to openly express dissatisfaction with the distorted and inaccurate information contained in the messages of hostile “bots” on social networks.
As a result of the work done on reputation management, the number of negative comments about the client decreased by 78%.
