The client is a large developer of luxury residential real estate. To conduct a PR campaign in the media, in order to stimulate sales, it was necessary to assess the uniqueness of the offered product.
The research department of the CA “Glavniy Sovetnik” has developed a rating of elite residential communities. The offer of similar objects on the market was analyzed and a list of the closest competitors in terms of price, location, class and infrastructure was compiled. According to a number of developed criteria, the unique features of residential settlements were assessed and ranked depending on the scores received.
The analysis resulted in a rating of elite-class residential communities, which became a good informational occasion for the dissemination of information about the Client’s product in the media with the broadcast of its competitive advantages.
