GlavSovetnik took part in the panel discussion organized by the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation

The main item on the agenda was the Illegal Ads Posted by Bloggers: a Threat to Society debate.

Organized by the Commission for the Development of the Information Community, Mass Media and Mass Communications (acting under the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation), the event was held in Moscow. The participants discussed an acute problem of illegal ads placed by bloggers online.

The panel discussion covered the causes and consequences of illegal advertising and its impact on children and teenagers; the participants had a chance to see and discuss such non-exemplar ads posted by modern bloggers. The discussion came up with some extra ways to solve the problem.
