Motorcycle-season-2021 in St. Petersburg started with the support of the CA “GlavSovetnik”
The northern capital opened the motorcycle season with an annual biker parade. Traditionally, the loudest event in April of the city on the Neva was held with the support of the city authorities. This year, the partner of the event was the CA “GlavSovetnik”.
Over the years, this large-scale event has become a favorite of the citizens of the town and acquired the status of a citywide holiday. The official start of the motorcycle season began with a symbolic cannon shot.
The motoparade, which opened the program of events on the Palace Square, passed the baton to the activists of the ecological action “Message to the Future”, who laid the alley of motorcyclists in the Aviators’ park. The action was initiated by the legendary hockey player, UN Ambassador to Russia Vyacheslav Fetisov.
The cultural program was continued by a music festival with the participation of young rock bands selected by the motorcycle movement participants at concerts throughout the year. The headliner of the festival was the Petersburg bard Alexander Rosenbaum. On the stage, representatives of motorcycle communities held master classes to improve driving skills with demonstration of tricks of various difficulty levels. Together, at the opening of the season, a motorcycle group of rapid response to road accidents with the participation of motorcyclists began its work on the roads of the city. The gala concert was a worthy conclusion to the holiday.
