In 2018, the employees of the “Glavniy Sovetnik” participated in the development and implementation of a PR campaign to promote the Center for Specialized Types of Medical Aid and Medical Technologies. The Agency’s area of ​​responsibility included:


  • creation and implementation of a comprehensive program for increasing the level of awareness of the Center (PR-support program in the media);
  • formation of loyalty of current and potential patients of the Center;
  • leveling of controversial and conflictual situations among Internet users and patients of the Center.


Services were provided in three stages:


  • Analysis of the current situation in the media and development of an annual PR-support plan. Conducting a SWOT analysis of activities in the context of the market situation, taking into account the perception of target audiences.
  • Implementation of PR support.
  • Implementation of services to improve the image on the Internet.
