On the instructions of the client – the leader of the Russian metallurgical industry – the research and social projects department had to identify the level of company loyalty of the residents of the territories where the client’s enterprises were present, as well as the degree of satisfaction with its socially oriented activities in the studied territories.


To solve this problem, a quantitative study was carried out using a questionnaire survey using PAPI paper questionnaires.


Based on the results of the sociological study, the client was provided with a deep analysis of the level of loyalty of the residents of the territory and their satisfaction with the socially oriented activities of the company. Also, areas were identified that were not affected by the company’s activities, but, in the opinion of the population, needed its attention.
