Conducting “Public Control” aimed at checking the quality of services and goods. Within the framework of the projects, gas station networks, large stores and shopping centers were checked. The project coordinator and the opinion leader visited public places (gas stations, shopping centers, shops) in a certain region. At each point, the team assessed the provided service according to the specified parameters, recorded all observations in the assessment sheet and carried out a control purchase of goods for transferring to the laboratory.

All actions of the project coordinator were recorded by a videographer and photographer. The result of the event was drawing public attention to the quality of goods and the level of service, as one of the important factors influencing consumer choice.

For example, during the fuel quality control in the Primorsky Territory, commissioned by the Institute of Strategic Communications and Social Projects, an independent interregional non-profit foundation, the coordinator visited more than 30 filling stations in 3 Russian cities and collected 180 fuel samples, which were thoroughly tested in the laboratory. Within the framework of the project, 2 press conferences were also organized in the Primorsky Territory.
