Social media reputation management

The customer – a large oil refinery, a subsidiary of the leader in the oil and gas industry – requested to reflect information attacks from hostile “bots” on social networks. The task required solutions to combat negative and false messages from real subscribers.

 

As part of the task, the Digital Department of the CA “Glavniy Sovetnik” carried out daily 24/7 monitoring, and also carried out a prompt response to negative and false references to the client.

 

As a result of all events, 17 major attacks were reflected, more than 300 negative messages were processed, negative mentions in social networks decreased by 47%.
