Since 2021, a corporate Voluntary Medical Insurance program has been operating in the CA “GlavSovetnik”. The program is included in the company’s development plan for the next five years as an integral part of CSR.


For employees of the company, VHI is a significant benefit of the social package. Connection to the social package with the VHI service is carried out after the employee has passed the probationary period.


In a commentary to “Rossiyskaya Gazeta: Ekonomika URFO” No. 98 (8449), the Managing Partner of the “GlavSovetnik”, Boris Molodov, noted that voluntary health insurance is a necessity today: it makes business socially responsible and competitive in the labor market. According to him, the corporate VHI is beneficial to the employer not only in terms of increasing employee loyalty and reducing the number of sick leave; the company also receives tax benefits for this.


The “GlavSovetnik” plans to transform the corporate voluntary medical insurance in the direction of a complex product of care for the health of employees.
