To develop a platform that simplifies interaction with the business community with Rospotrebnadzor (Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing), the Department of Research and Analytics of the“GlavSovetnik” Communications Agency conducted a comprehensive study, the results of which formed the terms of reference for the development of a special website and a profile mobile application.

For a qualitative solution to the problem, it was decided to conduct a massive online survey of representatives of small, medium and large businesses, which identified the main barriers to the relationship with the department, as well as the functions ofnew services that potentially facilitate interaction and remove barriers.

The second stage was expert interviews, also with representatives of all business groups, in which the hypotheses obtained as a result of the survey were worked out in more detail.

The result of the study was a map of barriers and their minimization with the help of products planned by Rospotrebnadzor (website and application) for each business group, as well as the compilation of wishes for the usability of services and the forecast of their use by target audiences.
