“GlavSovetnik” launched an anti-crisis consulting center for small and medium-sized businesses
An anti-crisis consulting center for small and medium-sized businesses has been set up in Russia.
The project was initiated by the communication agency “GlavSovetnik” together with RIA “FederalPress” and the independent foundation “Institute of Strategic Communications”.
The center is a non-governmental support institution for SMEs affected by the pandemic and the economic crisis. Entrepreneurs can contact the center’s hotline for advice on financial, legal and organizational issues, advice on working with the media and social networks and other types of communications.
The Center also provides assistance to affected companies in communicating with the media – if an affected company wants to tell journalists about its problems or services, the Center’s specialists can contact them.
Specialists in the field of advertising, marketing and sociology, public relations and government relations, legal and financial consultants will take part in the work of the center.
The authors of the initiative, however, fear that they simply will not have enough strength to provide assistance to all those in need. “We understand that in one way or another the entire small business is suffering from the crisis, everyone needs support, in fact, we are one of the first centers to help such companies”, says Boris Molodov, executive director of the “GlavSovetnik”, coordinator of the Center. “We welcome everyone who is not indifferent to the fate of small business and we will be glad if our initiative is supported by professional organizations, public associations, other centers and institutions, social, political and business publications.”
“Instratcom is pleased to support the initiative of our strategic partners – the “GlavSovetnik” agency. In conditions of rapid change and instability, only together can we overcome the difficulties that the crisis presents us with. Of course, we understand that the ones struggling the most are small and medium-sized businesses. That is why we consider the idea of creating an anti-crisis consulting center as an effective method of maintaining a balance in the field of small and medium-sized enterprises and we offer everyone the help from the market leader in analyzing the effectiveness of a marketing strategy, building communications with key audiences in the new economic reality, as well as in joint marketing and sociological research of customer behavior, including in the digital space”, says Deputy General Director of the Institute of Strategic Communications Dmitry Kharchenko.
